LIVES OF THE GREAT POISONERS tells the musical story of three of history’s most twisted killers, from the timid Dr Hawley Crippen, to the murderous Medea of mythology. Thomas Midgely journeys through Edwardian London, Ancient Greece, and pre-revolutionary France, all the while wrapped up in scandal, murder, and the pursuit of his own poison – leaded petrol.

Brown University Theatre’s 2017-18 performance season is produced by the Brown University Department of Theatre Arts and Performance Studies and by Sock & Buskin, a student-faculty board that has an unbroken record of producing theatre at Brown University for over 100 years.
