Invited scholars included:

  • Native and technology studies scholar Kimberly Tallbear
  • Geographer and gender studies scholar Tiffany King
  • Social and cultural analysis scholar, Maria Josephina Saldaña-Portillo
  • Critical food studies scholar Amie Breeze Harper
  • Gender and development scholar Imani Tafari-Ama

The Symposium was open to the public on Friday, March 6 from 4–6pm for the keynote lecture by Dr. Imani Tafari-Ama. A faculty panel was held on Saturday, March 7, 4–6pm.
